Don't Just Take Our Word For It. Hear From Fellow Supporters.
"I treasure the four years I spent at Fairfield and attribute a great part of my success in law school and my career to both my experiences at Fairfield and the relationships formed in those days. The humanist point of view that emphasizes treating fellow students and professors equally and respectfully was reinforced at Fairfield. I strongly believe in giving back so that in a small way, I can have an impact on the institution and student experience."
— Rudolph V. (Vic) Pino Jr.’73, P’01, P’05
"Pre-pandemic, we had the opportunity to visit the University and speak with Dr. Nemec, and hear about his vision of the future for the institution and that really solidified our support for our son, John ’23, to attend Fairfield and our support for the University as a whole. There are many ways to get involved with Fairfield while also allowing your child the space to feel that the campus is their own. We encourage Fairfield parents to jump in and find a way to connect to the University. Reply ‘yes’ to those invitations. The options and the levels of involvement are limitless, so don’t hesitate."
— John Thompson III and Monica Moore Thompson P’23
"Fairfield has really given me a ton of opportunities that I feel I need to pay forward. I have learned how much difference you can make by just picking up the phone, answering a student’s email, or making annual contributions. Never underestimate the depth of the Fairfield network,” There are truly tons of alumni willing to engage and get involved. There is real recognition of a shared bond."
— Kaila (Anderson) ’13 and Doug Freeman ’12

What I enjoy most about Fairfield University
What I enjoy most about Fairfield is the sense of community. Many of us students come from different backgrounds, yet somehow we find a way to discover similarities between one another. It is also very easy to get advice from upperclassmen and advisors. No one is judged for being a high achiever and people make themselves easily accessible to provide assistance. This has inspired me to put myself in a position to provide advice to other students.

One of the post-college options I am considering is to work at one of the big four accounting firms, get my certified public accountant (CPA) license, and eventually get a job in commercial banking. Another option I am considering is going to law school and exploring a specialization in tax law.
